The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the procedures and the products. Recently I have tried Evolve with tirisha who are amazing and so easy to talk to. The time just flies. Highly recommend Urban Beauty Bar! I was feeling like I needed a major refresh as I started to notice clear signs of aging so I went to Erica and her team to help with these concerns. Erica was extremely knowledgable, skilled and attentive. She designed a treatment course to suit my needs and after doing Morpheus and Lumecca IPL, I feel really refreshed. My skin is brighter and has more bounce. The treatment helped greatly reduce my frown lines and just give me lift overall. I feel more youthful and energized and I have Erica and her team to thank for that. Lastly, a nice detail about them is that they are very attentive which isn't always the case with other places I've visited. Erica answered all of the questions I had, even ones that I felt might have been silly or dumb. She made me feel very comfortable with our treatment plan and her team was always checking in after treatments and available to me. It's a very special place!

I have face rosacea for years and always struggled with it especially in the summer time. My cosmetologist recommended me to get a Lumecca IPL laser treatment. Found this place close to home. Tried it. And OMG !!! Such a huge improvement! I didn’t expect it to work so well. I just so used to face redness that it felt like unrealistic expectation to have a white face. One day I looked at myself in the mirror and got surprised that my face was so white. Wow!!! Strongly recommend everyone who struggle with rosacea. Money well spent. Girls at the salon are fantastic! Amazing customer service, super friendly and professional. Thank you ladies ❤️

urban beauty bar completely changed my skin. I did a series of treatments and the difference is unreal firmer skin reduced pigmentation and a overall healthy glow. The staff are always professional and honest about what you actually need which I really appreciate amd my skin looks amazing.

I love this place, the vibe is really nice and relaxing and calming. And the team really know what they’re talking about. I feel like I’m getting high end treatments based on my actual skin concerns and not just what somebody is being told to sell.

Went in for 2 teen facials over the past 2 weeks to get my blackheads removed. The process was almost painless and relaxing in a way. Erica and Kaitlyn were super friendly and helped me with staying on track with my skincare routine. Would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking to level up their skincare routine.

Erica and her team listen closely to your needs, and have a lovely natural focus on what they recommend ( but let your preference guide their work, subject of course to safety and industry guidelines). Got a teen facial at Urban Beauty Bar on Royal York, and it was great! Super relaxing, and my skin feels and looks so much better. The staff was really nice too. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good facial or literally anything!
